Cassava Starch 0044GG is a hybrid of pregelatinized and partially pregelatinized tapioca starch, with excellent cold water solubility and swellability. It contains 100 percent of Tapioca [Cassava] Starch. It has a CAS Number of 9005-25-8, with origin from Cassava Root (Manihot esculenta Crantz; Manihot utilissima Pohl [Fam. Euphorbiaceae]).
