Cassava Starch 1580GG is a partially pregelatinized tapioca starch. It contains 100 percent of Tapioca [Cassava] Starch. It is designed for Low Moisture, Sensitive Active Ingredients. It has a CAS Number of 9005-25-8, with origin from Cassava Root (Manihot esculenta Crantz; Manihot utilissima Pohl [Fam. Euphorbiaceae]). 

RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS: Tabletting, Encapsulation, Pressed and Loose Powder formulations.
